Parijat provides preventive healthcare facilities to the neighboring villages by conducting regular health awareness programmes, regular check-ups and camps.

Use of audio-visual media in health awareness sessions is ensured to make it easier for community to understand the issues. The awareness sessions are conducted frequently during monsoons to keep villagers abreast with the various illnesses and its prevention.

The objective of conducting the health camp is to create awareness about general health among the people, provide general health care services and spectacles at subsidized costs along with counseling on basic healthcare and hygiene.  These sessions and camps are organized in coordination with the community keeping their time and other constraints in mind so that it can benefit maximum people.

YEAR (2024 - 2025)

Parijat Industries India Pvt. Ltd. organized  Health Camps on 20th & 21st November 2024 under its CSR initiative at Parijat Urja Chakra in Fatehgarh and the Community Health Centre in Mandour, Ambala.

The camps saw enthusiastic participation, with over 100 community members of all age groups attending each session for medical check-ups.

The camp was staffed by a team of specialists, including a General Physician, a Dentist, a Gynaecologist, and an Eye Specialist, ensuring comprehensive care for attendees.

Additionally, spectacles were distributed to those in need, further emphasizing the company’s commitment to community health and well-being.

YEAR (2023 - 2024)

Parijat Industries in collaboration with Park Healing Touch Hospital had successfully conducted two medical camps in Parijat Urja Chakra (PUC) on 12th and 13th June 2023 and at the Community Health Centre in Mandour Ambala respectively.

The first camp was facilitated at Parijat Urja Chakra (PUC), Fatehgarh, and the second camp was held at Community Health Centre (CHC), Mandour, Ambala. During the two-days of health camp, the villagers of both Fatehgarh and Mandour were provided with healthcare and medical facilities including General Physician, Dentist, Ophthalmologist and Gynaecologist. BP, ECG and blood sugar was also monitored to check the health of attendees. Spectacles were also provided as first come first serve basis to 35 people each in both the camps.

The first day of the health camp was graced by the visit of Sarpanch of Fatehgarh Village along with his family for their health check-up. The second day of the camp was blessed with the visit of Col Raj Kumar Bakshi, Director and Mr Kakkar CEO of Park Healing Touch Hospital and Mr K N Mishra, President of Parijat Industries, greeted and personally met the people from Mandour village.

The total number of beneficiaries from both the camps was about 230 people. They benefitted from the medical camp and received various checkups, health tips and medical assistance. The presence of villagers, Sarpanch and Director at the camp site motivated the other associates and people to take benefit from the health camp.

At the end of the second day of the camp, the volunteers and villagers were thanked for their support and cooperation throughout the camp who made it successful. Overall, the health camp was a huge success with a good turnout and positive response from the people.

Parijat Industries and Park Healing Touch Hospital are confident that the two-days’ camp proved beneficial to the health of the communities of both Fatehgarh and Mandour.
