Exposure visits are a very important training methodology as it enables the participants from a different setting to interact with and learn from each other, allowing them to view practical/real life situations of successful integration of sustainable practices in the professional field. Parijat Urja Chakra arranged for a Staff exposure visit to Saras Trade Fair and Library in Chandigarh.

Year (2025-2026)

  • On 28th August 2025, PUC team attended a training session by Brainpower Employee Training in Delhi, focused on team building and personal growth.
  • Interactive exercises were conducted to understand how to nurture students’ potential, passion, discipline, and determination, leading to meaningful results and professional satisfaction.
  • The sessions also emphasized communication, trust, and collaboration, strengthening our team dynamics and equipping us with practical tools to enhance our work environment.

Year (2024-2025)

  • The training session was held at the Parijat Urja Chakra on 7th May 2024, with the aim of enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees. The trainers from Brain Power, Chandigarh, conducted a comprehensive training program covering various modules on effective team dynamics, conflict resolution, trust & collaboration
  • The training was conducted through a combination of presentations, interactive discussions, group activities, role-playing exercises, and reflective sessions. Participants were encouraged to actively engage in the learning process and apply the concepts and strategies discussed during the training.

Year (2023-2024)

In August 2023, Parijat Urja Chakra organized an exposure visit for Fashion Designing students to a fashion exhibition at Kisan Bhawan, Sector 35, Chandigarh. Ten students, along with Centre Head Nirmala Singh and FD teacher Baljinder Kaur, explored diverse stalls showcasing fabrics and crafts from various states. They observed crochet work, khadi, Jaipuri prints, Banarasi fabric, hand-thread work, and a range of garments and jewellery priced between ₹1,000–₹30,000. The visit gave students valuable insights into textiles, design, and cultural craftsmanship.
